Well of Mercy (181 Mercy Lane, Hamptonville, NC 27020) is 70 minutes from the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport (CLT). Shuttle service to Well of Mercy from the airport or Charlotte/Lake Norman/Davidson corridor hotels is available through
Alpha Car Services (AlphaCarServices.com, Kevin Graves, proprietor - 704/604-1064) . Other options are of course UBER, LYFT or to rent a car from the airport or nearby car rental agencies for transportation.
Monarch at Shock Hill, 101 Regent Drive, Breckenridge, CO 80424, is two hours from the Denver International Airport. Shuttle service is available through Epic Mountain Express - formerly Colorado Mountain Express - (www.epicmountainexpress.com - 800/525-6363). The house is off of Shock Hill Drive - be sure to identify this when contacting Epic Mountain Express). Of course, UBER, Lyft and car rentals are also available at DEN.
Transportation to Summer's Edge in Seagrove Beach, FL - Sight to Sea, 64 South Ryan Street, Seagrove Beach (GPS may say Santa Rosa Beach), FL 32459 - is available through Sunshine Shuttle (www.SunshineShuttle.com - 866/650-6333). -- this should be pre-arranged. They offer services from nearby hotels, and from Panama City International Airport (ECP), or the Okaloosa Air Terminal in Fort Walton Beach (VSP). Uber, Lyft or car rentals are also available at the airports.
Legacy Pointe on Smith Lake, 3040 CR 51, Bremen AL 35033 is about a 60 minute drive from both BHM (Birmingham International Airport) and HSV (Huntsville International Airport). Shuttle service is available from BHM with Over the Mountain Sedan (www.otmsedan.com - (205)260-9554 - go@otmsedan.com), and from HSV with Apollo Limousine Service (www.apollolimo.net - ((256)325-5151). Of course, rental cars are available at each airport as are UBER and Lyft.
The fee for Journey Week, our 6-day program, is $5,900. per individual, $9,500. per couple.
.A $2,950. per individual or $4,750. per couple deposit, along with your Application and Initial Assessment forms will secure your place (of course pending review of the Initial Assessment). The balance will be due upon your arrival at the program. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made 10 days prior to the first day of Journey Week, minus a $75. processing fee, with exceptions, of course, for major emergencies. Insurance reimbursements may be possible if your policy covers outpatient therapy and will pay for services with an out of network provider who is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a National Provider Identifier (NPI) Number. We will provide you with insurance receipts for filing purposes.
The six-day programs run from opening day at 2:00 P.M. to closing day at noon to 1:00 P.M. Participants should arrive at the program venues around 1:30-2:00 P.M. for registration. Individual interviews begin at 2:15 P.M. The five page Personal and Family Assessment Form (for individuals) or the Relationship Inventory (for couples), as well as the Participation Agreement, which you will receive with your confirmation packet, should be completed and brought to the interview, if not already sent ahead.
